Shipping Policy

Secure Swap provides a secure middleman service for item trades. Shipping works as follows:

​Customer Shipping to Secure Swap

  • Once both parties have paid, Secure Swap will issue a Trade ID and shipping instructions.

  • Each customer must send their item to Secure Swap’s designated PO Box.

  • All items must be securely packaged and sent with tracking.

  • The Trade ID must be clearly written on the parcel.

  • Secure Swap is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped to our PO Box.

 

Secure Swap Shipping to Customers

  • Shipping from Secure Swap to the receiving party is included in the service fee.

  • Items are inspected, verified, and securely repackaged before shipping.

  • Tracking details are provided once items are dispatched.

 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Inspection typically occurs within 1–3 business days after item arrival.

  • Outbound shipping usually occurs within 1–2 business days after approval.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays and location.

 

Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If an item does not match its description, Secure Swap will notify both parties and may pause or cancel the trade. Additional shipping fees may apply if items need to be returned.

 

Restricted Items

Secure Swap does not accept illegal, prohibited or restricted items. Trades involving prohibited items may be cancelled without refund.
