HOW IT WORKS
Start the Trade
One person starts the trade and buys the correct Tier. Only one trader needs to go on the website to begin the process. They purchase the correct Tier based on item weight and the second person will receive a link to pay their fee and join the same Trade ID
Ship to Secure PO Box
Both parties send their item to our PO Box Each person posts their item (with tracking) to Secure Swap’s secure PO Box.
We Verify Your Items
We inspect and verify both items We check condition, take photos/videos, and confirm everything matches what was described under the Trade ID.
Approve and Receive Items
Once both approve, we ship the items to each other After both traders approve the verification photos, we securely package and send the items to their new owners — postage included
